Alyse entered the life insurance business in 1986. As a graduate of Penn State, with a Masters of Education from Temple University, Alyse has made Blumberg Financial Services a place where brokers can turn for up-to-date life insurance ideas and advanced marketing concepts. She has put together a team of insurance professionals dedicated to helping you grow your business. Long Term Care is Alyse’s special area of expertise. She is certified as a Continuing Education instructor and has spoken before numerous community service organizations and insurance industry meetings. Alyse enjoys her participation in industry and community organizations where she served as Chairman of the NAILBA Education Committee, has served as past President, National Committeeperson and Board of Directors member of NAIFA, Montgomery County, PA, and past President and Board member of her local Rotary Club. Alyse claims her greatest success as her 42-year marriage to her husband Peter and her relationship with her two adult children and their spouses.

With more than forty years of experience in the insurance industry, Peter has a strong knowledge base to help you provide the best coverage for your clients. He possesses a strong analytical background and has a·knack for numbers. Peter will utilize his knowledge and experience to help get your case approved. He has strong relationships with the underwriting departments of the carriers Blumberg Financial represents and will use these relationships to garner the most favorable decisions for your clients. Peter entered the business in 1969 and was quickly awarded a General Agency with Occidental/Transamerica. He merged his agency with the Neiburg Agency (now Blumberg Financial) in 1986 and has helped the agency grow over the years. Peter also holds his Real Estate license in New Jersey and holds the designation of ABR and SRES.

F. Scott Blumberg

Scott enters the life insurance industry after more than a decade in corporate finance. Since 1998, Scott held various positions with increasing levels of responsibility at Chrysler Financial. He held the role of Corporate Trainer, Department Manager (supervising 85+ employees) and has experience in consumer and commercial credit. For the last five years, he has worked closely as a Sales Representative and Financial Consultant to businesses with revenue approaching $100 million. Scott’s commitment to superior service and fostering relationships led to his standing as one of the top employees in the Northeast Region. Scott joins Blumberg Financial Services as the third generation from the family in the business and strives to build upon the relationships and principles that his parents, Alyse and Peter, have built the company on. Scott’s main focus will be to foster agency growth and development as well as to work closely with our brokers to help market themselves to potential clients.

Jerry is a Fellow of American College of Family Practice, Fellow of the Philadelphia College of Physicians. With his experience of 40 years in Family Practice and 35 years in Life Insurance Medicine, he has the ability to help with complex medical underwriting cases. He is able to help point out the variables that sometimes cause the underwriting departments to rate a case at an unnecessarily high table and through his experience as both a clinician and a medical director, he is able to negotiate the best offer for your clients. Jerry is a welcome and valuable addition to Blumberg Financial Services and our producers. Jerry entered Family practice in 1964. In 1972, he became the medical director of American Guardian Life Assurance Co until the company was sold in 1989. In 1976, he became a diplomate of the Board of Life Insurance Medicine. Medical Director, GIGNA Life Insurance Co. Group Life 1995-1998. Medical Director of GE Financial Assurance Company from 2001 to the present.

Deb comes to Blumberg Financial Services with over 15 years experience in the life insurance industry. She entered the life insurance business in 1989. She is a graduate of Washington College, Chestertown, Maryland, having majored in History with a minor in Political Science. She worked 3 years in a brokerage agency in Wilmington, DE where she earned her agent’s license. She then spent the next 13 years at Harleysville Life Insurance Company in various sales support and management positions. She worked in the marketing & sales department for 7 years as a marketing coordinator and field operations supervisor. She spent a year in the administration department as department head, and then moved over to manage New Business and Policy Issue for five years. While working at Harleysville Life, Deb earned her FLMI. Deb is a valuable asset to our producers as she understands the urgency of getting your business placed with the best offer while commanding a comprehensive knowledge of a Home Office environment.
